Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Foreman to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on our construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision within the construction sector (non-oil & gas), with a proven ability to manage site activities, manpower, and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP site activities including installation, inspection, and testing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Monitor manpower allocation, material availability, and work progress to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues related to MEP works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project management team.
• Assist in material take-offs and verify quantities required on-site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Foreman in construction projects (non-oil & gas).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation techniques, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Effective team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Candidates should be available in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
