MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects, including cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract cost control.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract Stage

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP works.
• Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pricing documents, and tender documentation.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist in tender evaluations and recommendations.
• Conduct value engineering exercises.

Post-Contract Stage

• Measure and value MEP work done on-site (progress claims, interim payments).
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations and cost reports.
• Monitor project cost performance, track variations, and control project budgets.
• Prepare and negotiate variations and change orders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Assist in preparation of final accounts and project close-out documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,914.59 - ₹75,113.59 per month
