Job Summary:

SMB Services is hiring Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our Accounts & Finance team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance functions. You will gain hands-on experience working with both local and international clients, offering excellent exposure to global accounting practices. Upon successful completion of the 6-month training program, high-performing candidates may be offered a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records

· Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Support monthly and annual closing processes
• Help prepare financial reports for local and international clients
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

• BBA, MBA, ACCA/ ICMA/ CIMA (Part Qualified)

· Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work evening shift (3 PM – 12 AM).
