Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR & Operations

, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and operations teams, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the company. You will be responsible for managing internal HR databases, assisting in recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee documentation. Additionally, you will help organize company events and contribute to improving operational workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and operations within a fast-paced, global digital agency. Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate employee information (contact details, documents, onboarding forms, etc.)

Assist in screening resumes and application forms for ongoing hiring needs

Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interviews with candidates across multiple teams
-
Post & update company's official LinkedIn page
-
Assist with preparing HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding kits, and policy acknowledgments
-
Support new hire onboarding formalities and orientation activities
-
Help distribute and educate employees on company policies (digitally and physically)
Operations Responsibilities
-
Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks to support HR and department leads
-
Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and career fairs
-
Maintain documentation related to operations, attendance, and office processes
-
Support cross-functional teams by ensuring smooth communication and task coordination
-
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Basic understanding of HR processes and full-cycle recruitment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
