National Sales Manager

One of our client is looking for National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputable institution.

Experience

• Male candidate with a minimum of 15 years of progressive FMCG sales management experience, including national-level responsibility.
• Strong exposure to General Trade, Wholesale, IMTs, LMTs, and Direct Corporate Sales.
• Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and managing extensive distributor networks.
• Proven track record in product launches, especially in personal care categories.
• Experience in structured systems and processes within leading national or multinational FMCG organizations.

Core Competencies

• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent people management and communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern sales reporting tools.
