Network Engineer

• Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues to senior engineers if required.
• Assist in LAN/WAN setup, cabling, and structured network deployment.
• Support users with connectivity problems (VPN, Wi-Fi, wired LAN).
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on network equipment.
• Document network incidents, solutions, and maintain updated technical records.
• Collaborate with IT/system teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, policies, and standards.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support when required.
