OD & Learning Analyst

What you will be expected to do;

- OD Related research work.

- Initial drafting of Job Descriptions & Job Specifications.

- Initial development of Key Performance Indicators.

- Initial drafting of Policies.

- Client coordination.

- Performing R&S activities on need basis for client.

- Training coordination and assistance.

Requirements;

- Min. HR Graduate (Marketing minor will be an added advantage).

- Fresh to 01 year of experience in HR.

- Tech Savvy.

- Written communication skills.

- Learning and Growth mindset.

- Professionalism and work ethics.

- Must have a laptop.
