Office Coordinator

Location: Raiwind, Lahore
Job Type: (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will support smooth office operations, assist different departments, and ensure proper record management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between different departments
  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to HR and accounts teams
  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide updates to management when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
