Job Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a professional office environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support legal teams and senior management effectively.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
  • Coordinate internal communication and support partners and legal teams.
  • Handle document preparation, formatting, and professional correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) with strict confidentiality.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and internal events.
  • Ensure a professional front-office presence and client reception experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Highly presentable with professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Strong document formatting and typing skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative systems and office coordination.
  • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-professional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and partners.
