Officer for Store Operations

Job Summary:
The Store Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations at the factory, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting production with seamless stock handling. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our manufacturing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to production as per daily requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with quality control and production departments for material approval and usage.
• Track damaged/expired/slow-moving items and report to management for disposal or action.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred, minimum intermediate.
• 2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of stock keeping, inventory control systems, and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
