We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program on a part-time contractual basis.
Role Overview:
The Online Tutor – Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be responsible for delivering online lectures, evaluating assignments, and supporting learners throughout their academic journey.
This is a remote, part-time contractual role ideal for professionals or academics with expertise in logistics, procurement, or operations management who are passionate about teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online lectures for the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program.
- Evaluate assignments, case studies, and project work in accordance with defined assessment criteria.
- Provide timely feedback and academic support to learners.
- Ensure teaching content aligns with international logistics and supply chain standards.
- Participate in academic review meetings, internal verification, and quality assurance sessions.
- Contribute to the improvement of course content and learner experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MBA Supply Chain, MSc Logistics, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience with online teaching platforms or vocational training is an advantage.
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics operations, procurement, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in online learning tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, LMS).
- Ability to design and assess assignments effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Contract & Compensation Details:
- Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
