Job Overview:

A reputed property development and real estate company based in Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and organized Operation Manager to oversee the overall operations of its property development projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in managing real estate or construction operations, with proven expertise in project coordination, process management, and team leadership. This role requires a results-driven professional who can streamline cross-departmental functions, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth execution of development projects from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operational Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple property development projects.
• Coordinate between departments including design, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and procurement.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope completion.
• Implement operational systems, procedures, and policies to improve overall efficiency.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

• Support sales and marketing teams in property launch activities, exhibitions, and events.
• Ensure operational readiness for new projects, including documentation, inventory, and client coordination.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Administration

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop and enforce internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operational consistency.
• Oversee HR, logistics, and administrative functions as part of daily operations.
• Conduct team performance evaluations and training sessions to improve efficiency.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on operations, budgets, and project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local property regulations.
• Present operational performance reviews and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, or Operations Management) will be an advantage.

Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in property development, construction, or real estate operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of real estate project management, budgeting, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
