Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Operational Assistant to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative, operational, and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational activities and routine office tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain records, files, and operational data
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documentation
  • Support inventory, logistics, or production-related tasks as required
  • Follow up on pending tasks and operational issues
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and coordination activities
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to operations team

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment (a plus)
  • Basic understanding of operational workflows
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
