Operations Executive – (Night Shift)

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and support night shift operations for U.S.-based facilities from our back-office operations center. This role demands strong English communication skills, effective remote coordination abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring overnight activities, managing vendor coordination, handling escalations, and ensuring seamless operations during non-business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor operational activities for U.S. facilities during night shifts to ensure business continuity and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to oversee maintenance and operational tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Address issues and emergencies promptly, communicate updates, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Track, update, and close work orders in internal systems while maintaining detailed and accurate shift logs.
  • Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports summarizing key events, completed tasks, and pending issues for smooth handover.
  • Evaluate vendor performance against contractual terms, budget guidelines, and compliance requirements, including adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across various time zones.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities management, or night shift operations.
  • Familiarity with maintenance workflows, operational management systems, and safety compliance standards.
  • Experience in customer support or client communication is highly welcomed.
