We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and support night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities, working remotely from our back-office operations center. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong remote management capabilities, and a solution-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will monitor overnight operations, coordinate with field teams and vendors, manage escalations, and ensure seamless workflows during non-business hours. A background in customer support will be highly valued for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely monitor and manage operational activities for U.S.-based facilities during night hours, ensuring continuity and timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance or operational tasks, ensuring all work meets company standards and deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to operational incidents or emergencies, communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, and implement quick, effective resolutions.
  • Track, update, and close operational tasks and work orders using internal systems while maintaining accurate logs of night shift activities and escalations.
  • Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports summarizing events, completed tasks, and pending issues for smooth handover to the day team.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality to ensure compliance with company standards, budget expectations, and safety policies.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and teams remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities management, or night shift operations.
  • Prior experience or background in customer support is highly appreciated.
  • Familiarity with maintenance workflows, operational processes, and safety protocols.
