
Operations Executive (Onsite, Islamabad, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field is required.

1+ year of relevant experience in FMCG distribution, retail sales, or a similar field-based operations role.

Must have a valid driving licence and access to a personal bike.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Reliable and trustworthy, with experience handling cash and making bank deposits.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain retail relationships.

Basic proficiency in using a smartphone for order coordination and communication.
Responsibilities:

Receive and process purchase orders from retail partners across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Coordinate timely order deliveries from the Islamabad warehouse to retail stores.

Liaise with delivery personnel to assign, monitor, and track order dispatches.
-
Personally handle deliveries when required to ensure timely fulfillment.

Collect payments from retail partners as per agreed terms and ensure proper documentation.

Maintain accurate transaction records and deposit collected payments into company accounts promptly.

Monitor outstanding dues and report any discrepancies or delays to management.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve product placement, visibility, and shelf presence.

Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand the distribution network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.

Drive sales growth by improving product availability and sell-through across the assigned territory.

Coordinate online order processing, including packing, dispatch, and delivery where required.

Ensure proper inventory handling and adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
