Job Opportunity: Operation Manager – Labor Camp

Location: Abu Dhabi

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operation Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our labor camp. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of camp operations, including maintenance, logistics, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and well-organized living environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within labor camps or similar facilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor regulations, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
