Operations Manager – Contact Center

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager – Contact Center to lead our inbound sales, customer service, and business development teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in managing contact center operations within the UK or US market, with strong expertise in driving sales performance, improving service quality, and scaling business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of inbound sales and customer service teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience through quality monitoring and coaching.
  • Collaborate with business development to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and present business insights to senior management.
  • Drive process improvements through the use of technology and CRM tools.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Contact Center Operations Management role.
  • Proven track record in Inbound Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development.
  • Strong exposure to UK or US market operations is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRMs, reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in UK hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT), 6 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PKR 130,000 – 150,000.
