Organization Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking an Organization Coordinator to oversee and manage daily organizational activities. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, business knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, partners, and internal teams. The Organization Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining SSPMO LLC’s reputation for excellence in organizational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate organizational activities including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and organizational data.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
  • Prepare reports on organizational performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in organizational coordination or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and organizational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and organizational management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
