At Koton , we don’t just set fashion trends we redefine how people grow, engage and thrive at work. We are looking for a Organizational Development Executive who will play a pivotal role in building inspiring development journeys and positioning Koton as a top employer in the fashion industry.


In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful initiatives across our headquarters, retail and logistics teams while also supporting our global organization designing learning strategies that unlock employee potential and crafting a bold employer brand narrative that reflects who we are and where we’re going.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields,
  • At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Development,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Extensive experience in organizational analysis, workforce planning, organizational design and restructuring,
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing performance management, talent management and promotion processes,
  • Strong knowledge of grading systems and job evaluation methodologies,
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, data analysis and reporting tools,
  • Solid understanding of developing, implementing and updating HR policies and procedures,
  • Strong project management skills and proven process improvement capabilities,
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver fast and effective results,
  • Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented and able to make quick decisions,
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, supportive and team-oriented approach,
  • Passionate, quality-driven and committed to continuous improvement,
  • Embraces teamwork with a “One Team” mindset demonstrating strong collaboration and coordination skills,


Responsibilities


  • Design and manage organizational development, transformation and restructuring projects in alignment with company strategies,
  • Design, implement and improve performance management, talent management, succession planning, grading and job evaluation processes,
  • Conduct organizational analysis, workforce planning and process improvement initiatives,
  • Develop, update and integrate HR policies and procedures into the company culture,
  • Lead change management, corporate culture and leadership development projects to enhance employee engagement and motivation,
  • Continuously improve the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding,
  • Foster an inclusive corporate culture through Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives,
  • Monitor HR technologies and industry trends to implement innovative practices.
