Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Representative based in Islamabad, offering the flexibility of partial remote work. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The Call Center Representative will utilize strong communication and computer skills to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to navigate and utilize technology-based tools efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
