Outdoor Sales Executive – Dubai & Northern Emirates

We are a leading perfume manufacturing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive based in Dubai & Northern Emirates to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our market presence, developing strong client relationships, and achieving consistent sales growth within Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and procurement departments in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, assess customer needs, and identify new opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products confidently, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Ensure proper territory coverage and follow-up with clients to secure continuous business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales (experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or related sectors is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai and Northern Emirates markets and customer behaviour.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
