Outlet Manager - Petrol Pump

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the petrol pump.
• Manage and schedule staff shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely fuel deliveries.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

Qualifications

• Must have done Bachelors
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a petrol station or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and financial practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to fuel stations.

Location: FB Area (Near Water Pump)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
