Responsibilities
  • Manages all operational issues ensuring the standard operation procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B department strategy.
  • Drives revenue targets utilizing the point of sales desk for booking and meeting the monthly target.
  • Closely monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with the cashiering procedures and support spot audits.
  • Conducts performance evaluation of colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and counselling and ensure that the colleagues attend all the required departmental trainings.
  • Conducts regular briefings and meetings to ensure all colleagues receive the information and training necessary to perform their jobs, including upselling, menus, F&B, and tour knowledge.
  • Implements systems and measures to control F&B costs within budget guidelines and minimize wastage. Closely monitors payroll costs and ensures productivity.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an international hospitality company
  • Strong understanding of core hotelier operations
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
