About the Role
We are seeking a
Partner Development Manager
who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, training, and supporting sales and installation partners to strengthen the company’s channel network. The role ensures partners are technically competent, commercially aligned, and fully engaged to deliver high-quality installations that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner/Installer Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners, installers, and contractors to expand the partner network.

Ensure compliance with company standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Training & Capability Building

Conduct technical and commercial training sessions for new and existing partners.

Develop training materials, manuals, and certification programs.

Perform field visits to assess partner performance and provide coaching.
Relationship & Performance Management

Build strong relationships with partners/installers to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.

Monitor partner performance (quality, timelines, and customer feedback) and support continuous improvement.

Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related queries and escalations.
Business Growth Support

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partner capacity with business opportunities.

Share installer feedback to improve product design, training content, and customer experience.

Contribute to strategies for scaling the partner and installer network across multiple regions.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering
,
Business Administration
, or a related field (
solar industry experience preferred
).

3–5 years
of experience in
partner development
,
channel management
, or
technical field support
.

Strong understanding of installation practices (
solar, power, telecom, or related industries
).

Excellent
