Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Shark employees across Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and international teams in Uganda and Congo, including contractual staff.
  • Payrun Processing:
  • Manage accurate and timely payruns on ERPNext for Shark and Uganda staff.
  • Payslip Preparation:
  • Prepare, verify, and issue monthly payslips for Shark employees.
  • Income Tax Management:
  • Handle income tax calculations, deductions, and compliance for Shark employees.
  • Overseas Staff Salary Handling:
  • Manage salaries, bank details, and related processes for overseas technical staff.
  • Final Settlements:
  • Process final settlements including clearances, dues, and full & final payments.
  • Loans and Advances:
  • Administer employee loan and advance requests, deductions, and recoveries.
  • Leave Encashment:
  • Calculate and process leave encashment for eligible staff.
  • Compliance & HR Support:
  • Manage compliance for Lahore staff including attendance, leave management, and grievance handling.
  • ERPNext HR Operations:
  • Perform key HR functions on ERPNext including leave management, attendance updates, shift assignments, and related system operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll management, HR operations, or finance roles.
  • Experience working with multi-location and international payroll (Uganda, Congo, or similar) is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, income tax, statutory deductions, and final settlements.
  • Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar HR/Payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Understanding of bank processes for salary disbursements.
  • Familiarity with attendance systems, leave policies, and HR compliance.
