Performance Marketing Executive

The Performance Marketing Executive (IMEA) will be responsible for overseeing performance marketing activities across the territories of the Middle East, India, and Africa. Additionally, will provide support to the Marketing Manager for social media and digital advertising initiatives in the Asia market. The Role is responsible for taking business, campaign and channel insights and using them to devise a regional strategy for engaging, converting and retention The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and proven track record in delivering successful campaigns.

Based in our Dubai office within the VistaJet Marketing team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys collaborating between departments and making data led decisions all whilst creating a best-in-class CRM experience.

Responsible for partnering with the Vista regional leadership to develop and optimize the SEO, Paid Media, Email and Social strategy to deliver the ambitious growth plans for the regions. Developing and managing regional campaigns, ensuring these are managed, tracked, and optimized to meet lead generation quality. You will be the point of contact for localised agencies and manage timelines for deliverables of media campaigns, budget forecasting, reporting key performance metrics, and surfacing potential issues as consistent elevation of campaign performance and activities. With strong communication skills, a team player with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
