Responsibilities
Manage all the digital campaigns from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, Video advertising, display advertising campaigns, and Native ads.
- Optimization of PPC ads, Video, Mobile, And Display campaigns
- Active management of performance marketing campaigns to ensure good ROI
- Ensure all the digital projects are in line with a performance goal Overseeing and tracking digital activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
- Hands-on Experienced in running performance campaigns on Google Ads, Bing ads, Quora.com, Taboola, Outbrain, Other digital channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a Digital Marketing background. Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specifically Google ads
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, SEMrush etc.) Developing and implementing SEM strategies for the PPC campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting usage statistics and other relevant data.
- Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
- Conducting Research and recommending new PPC platforms and opportunities. Ability to write effective ad copies across PPC platforms.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement tools.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testingSkills
- Digital Media campaign strategy and execution
- Ability to run PPC ads, set up and run marketing campaigns on digital marketing tools
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activities with timelines
- Good understanding of SEM/SEO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language Google Ads, Google Analytics certificate preferred.
Qualifications / Experience
- At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, PPC ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.
- Prior experience of working in real estate Campaigns agency background preferred
