Performance Marketing Executive

Job description:

Responsibilities

Manage all the digital campaigns from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, Video advertising, display advertising campaigns, and Native ads.
  • Optimization of PPC ads, Video, Mobile, And Display campaigns
  • Active management of performance marketing campaigns to ensure good ROI
  • Ensure all the digital projects are in line with a performance goal Overseeing and tracking digital activities weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
  • Hands-on Experienced in running performance campaigns on Google Ads, Bing ads, Quora.com, Taboola, Outbrain, Other digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets with a Digital Marketing background. Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specifically Google ads
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, SEMrush etc.) Developing and implementing SEM strategies for the PPC campaigns.
  • Monitoring and reporting usage statistics and other relevant data.
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
  • Conducting Research and recommending new PPC platforms and opportunities. Ability to write effective ad copies across PPC platforms.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testingSkills
  • Digital Media campaign strategy and execution
  • Ability to run PPC ads, set up and run marketing campaigns on digital marketing tools
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing activities with timelines
  • Good understanding of SEM/SEO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of the English language Google Ads, Google Analytics certificate preferred.

Qualifications / Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, PPC ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.
  • Prior experience of working in real estate Campaigns agency background preferred
