Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist can own and scale performance driven growth across E-commerce(D2C), Marketplace and Q-commerce channels. This role is responsible for end-to-end paid acquisition strategy, budget ownership, revenue growth, and profitability, working closely with leadership, product, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale paid performance channels including Google, Meta, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Own key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, and revenue contribution.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize large marketing budgets to drive profitable growth.
  • Define full-funnel acquisition, remarketing, and retention strategies.
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Develop performance dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and creative teams to unlock growth.
  • Scalable acquisition and retention funnels
  • Improved ROAS and reduced CAC

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of performance marketing experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Marketplace.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Quick Commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
