Performance Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, and a proven ability to drive measurable business results through performance-based marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital networks.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio, providing detailed performance reports and insights.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and user journeys to enhance conversion performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior members of the digital marketing team (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns for B2B or B2C industries.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation, tracking tools, and CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
