Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on driving measurable ROI in the US market.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), Meta (FB/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.- Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for performance.- Manage remarketing/retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns.- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.- Track and report weekly/monthly performance across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok.- Strong knowledge of targeting strategies, ad formats, and bidding models.- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.- Familiarity with e-commerce/healthcare campaigns for the US market is preferred.- Analytical mindset and ability to work with budgets efficiently.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)- Deliver defined CPA and ROAS targets across all channels.- Increase monthly conversions and revenue from paid media.- Optimize creatives and copy for higher CTR and engagement.- Provide accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Pay: ₹346,703.34 - ₹1,332,930.72 per year
