Black Diamond Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance across digital platforms to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
