Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in multi-brand digital environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI and growth impact.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, HubSpot, Power BI/Data Studio, and attribution tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital metrics CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion, and customer retention.
  • Experience in real estate marketing, PropTech, or growth-oriented digital companies is strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in team leadership, strategic planning, and analytical decision-making.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable, data-backed marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, affiliates, and retargeting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists to execute ROI-driven digital campaigns that maximize lead generation and optimize CAC/LTV.
  • Manage budgets, forecast ad spend, and ensure maximum efficiency and performance across campaigns.
  • Implement and refine conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRO strategies for real estate lead funnels.
  • Build and maintain data-driven reporting frameworks for channel performance, ROI, and growth trends.
  • Partner with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with project revenue goals and launch strategies.
  • Drive innovation through new PropTech marketing tools, AI-driven ad strategies, and audience segmentation techniques.
  • Stay ahead of industry and PropTech trends to ensure a competitive edge.
