Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in multi-brand digital environments.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI and growth impact.

Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, HubSpot, Power BI/Data Studio, and attribution tools.

Deep understanding of digital metrics CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion, and customer retention.

Experience in real estate marketing, PropTech, or growth-oriented digital companies is strongly preferred.

Skilled in team leadership, strategic planning, and analytical decision-making.

Ability to translate business goals into actionable, data-backed marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, affiliates, and retargeting.

Lead and mentor a team of specialists to execute ROI-driven digital campaigns that maximize lead generation and optimize CAC/LTV.

Manage budgets, forecast ad spend, and ensure maximum efficiency and performance across campaigns.

Implement and refine conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRO strategies for real estate lead funnels.

Build and maintain data-driven reporting frameworks for channel performance, ROI, and growth trends.

Partner with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with project revenue goals and launch strategies.

Drive innovation through new PropTech marketing tools, AI-driven ad strategies, and audience segmentation techniques.
