Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical, creative, and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital advertising and online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategy with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance analytics.
  • Optimize website traffic, lead generation, and online conversions through data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Support SEO, retargeting, and influencer marketing initiatives as part of the overall digital strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail, furniture, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
