Coordinate cruise ship arrivals and departures, including berth assignments.

Supervise embarkation and disembarkation processes for passengers and crew.

Liaise with customs, immigration, and port authorities to ensure compliance.

Manage logistics for crew services & handling and ground transportation.

Monitor port safety and security protocols in line with maritime regulations.

Communicate with cruise lines, agents, and local vendors for operational needs.

Prepare and review operational reports, budgets, and disbursement accounts.

Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Oversee port staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Ensure timely boarding and clearance of vessels.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of port activities.

Support emergency response procedures and contingency planning.

Preferably a resident of Suez, or nearby areas.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree any field

2+ years in a junior-level maritime or port operations role.

Experience in cruise shipping, port agency, or marine logistics is highly preferred.

Sailing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong communication in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Teamwork and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., customs, immigration, cruise lines).

PC literacy and familiarity with port management systems or maritime software.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency or rerouting scenarios.
