We are seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of ad platforms, and a proven track record of maximizing ROI through strategic bidding, targeting, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations that align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B tests across ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Manage and report on monthly advertising budgets, forecasting spend vs performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure and optimize performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to support campaign execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and social platforms.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
- Proficient in analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and budget management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb.
- Familiarity with eCommerce tracking and product feeds (for shopping ads).
- Understanding of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer journey mapping.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising or DSPs is a plus.
- Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a bonus.
