PPC Manager

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of ad platforms, and a proven track record of maximizing ROI through strategic bidding, targeting, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page recommendations that align with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Implement A/B tests across ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Manage and report on monthly advertising budgets, forecasting spend vs performance.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure and optimize performance.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to support campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and social platforms.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
  • Proficient in analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tracking and product feeds (for shopping ads).
  • Understanding of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer journey mapping.
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising or DSPs is a plus.
  • Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a bonus.
