Role Overview

The Premium Property Consultant will represent Metropolitan Capital in advising, guiding, and supporting clients throughout their property journey. This role is ideal for ambitious, driven professionals who excel in relationship‑building, sales performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
  • Promote and sell premium residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant/Broker (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
