Print Production Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Print Production Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. This role is key to ensuring that all print projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end print production processes from concept to final delivery
• Liaise with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare job specifications, schedules, and production timelines
• Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and printing partners
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all outputs
• Handle inventory of print materials and supplies
• Resolve production issues and implement effective solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in print production, coordination, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design/production tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
