Key Responsibilities
-
Lead procurement for complex FM categories: MEP, HVAC, elevators, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, consumables, and subcontracted services

Build and manage vendor framework agreements with performance-based renewals

Develop and enforce procurement SOPs, vendor KPIs, and contract SLAs
-
Manage the entire tendering lifecycle (RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization)
-
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or compliance

Mentor junior buyers; contribute to onboarding and training documentation

Align procurement with FM asset strategy, budget cycles, and stakeholder expectations

Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and Modon internal policies
-
Support audits, budgeting, and procurement performance reporting
