Procurement Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Purpose:

To manage and oversee all procurement activities for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for materials and services.
  • Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate procurement.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases.
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material quality compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
