Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic sourcing capability, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection processes
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value optimization
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures
• Manage risk related to supply chain disruptions and vendor dependencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience (preferably in construction, marine or oil & gas)
