Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company policies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the insurance or finance sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
