Job Summary

Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Female Procurement Officer to manage all procurement operations and conduct regular branch visits. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing of materials, maintain vendor relationships, and support smooth operational flow across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and supply requirements
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor stock levels, verify usage, and address procurement-related issues
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards
• Resolve supplier or delivery-related issues promptly
• Support management with procurement reports and analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently for branch visits
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or retail procurement is an advantage
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
