The Division:
Common CENTS™ Solutions is a leading provider of enterprise cashless solutions to the Healthcare, Senior Living, and Business Dining industries. The corporate office is located in Ridgeland, MS.
Common CENTS’ software systems are designed to provide convenience, increased efficiency, and savings in the foodservice and meal plan operations for healthcare, senior living, and business dining environments. We provide POS systems, cashless campus solutions, meal plan management, patient dining software and more.

The Position:
Common CENTS is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Scrum Master with a strong passion for AI-driven innovation to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. Reporting directly to the VP of Research & Development, this role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, integrating AI capabilities into solutions, and guiding teams through discovery, validation, and delivery of AI-powered features. This position plays a key role in shaping next‑generation software that improves care delivery, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. The hired individual must also be available for meetings that can be as late as 4 pm EST.
The selected individual will work in the Contour Software Lahore or Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of R&D to define the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap across R&D initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and validate AI/ML opportunities across workflows, product usage patterns, and customer pain points.
  • Translate research insights into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs, including AI‑specific requirements.
  • Conduct AI‑focused discovery to identify automation, decision‑support, predictive, or generative feature opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering to determine feasibility, data needs, and model integration considerations.
  • Collaborate with QA and training teams to ensure AI features include proper documentation, transparency, and change‑management support.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) for teams building AI and non‑AI features.
  • Identify and remove impediments, including data access constraints, model training blockers, or architectural limitations.
  • Track sprint metrics and AI research cycles, communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to validate AI usability, customer adoption, and readiness for production environments

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and practical experience.
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, Software Support, or Agile Product Owner; OR 3+ years in food service within healthcare, hospitality, or senior living; OR 3+ years managing or supporting POS systems preferred (Intellectual Horsepower; Learning on the Fly).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast‑paced environment. (Problem Solving)
  • Demonstrated experience in AI tools, automation, or data‑driven decision‑support.
  • Strong understanding of process management related to Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Illustrates a strong sense of integrity and trust and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience implementing or managing AI within the software development lifecycle preferred.
  • Creative spirit and ability to think outside of the box, solving issues for which the “reason” is not always obvious. (Creativity)
  • Experience with cloud‑based SaaS products is a plus.
