Job Description

We are hiring a Production Manager for our Plastic Injection Moulding Unit who has strong technical knowledge of machines, molds, production planning, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily production planning & ensure achievement of production targets.
• Operate, manage & troubleshoot injection molding machines (Plastic & PVC).
• Oversee mold changeovers, machine setups & optimal cycle time settings.
• Monitor quality parameters and reduce rejection percentage.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machines (preventive & corrective).
• Lead, train & supervise production staff, operators & helpers.
• Maintain production reports, material usage & wastage control.
• Coordinate with QC, Store, Maintenance & Management for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety standards & 5S implementation on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong technical understanding of injection molding process.
• Ability to handle a team of 20–30 workers.
• Experience in mold troubleshooting, settings & machine efficiency.
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials (PP, PE, PVC, HIPS, GP etc.).
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
