Production Officer

We are looking for a Production Officer to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating teams to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities in line with schedules and targets.
• Ensure production output meets quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate with machine operators, supervisors, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist in inventory control and production planning activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret production plans and reports.
• Basic knowledge of ERP or production management systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
