Production Officer (Food Manufacturing)

We are looking for a motivated production professional to join our client’s team, a leading name in the food manufacturing industry.

What We’re Looking For:

· Educational background: B.Tech, DAE, or Food Technology
· 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production
· Comfortable working night shifts

Night Shift: 11 pm to 7 am

Key Responsibilities

◆ Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure output targets are met on time

◆ Coordinate with shift supervisors and line operators to maintain smooth workflow across production lines

◆ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards at all times

◆ Record and maintain production data including output volumes, downtime, wastage, and line efficiency reports

◆ Identify process inefficiencies and escalate or recommend corrective actions to the Production Manager

◆ Assist in conducting shift handovers, ensuring accurate communication of pending tasks and line status

◆ Participate in internal audits, quality checks, and regulatory inspections as required

◆ Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and quality compliance

◆ Support training and onboarding of new floor staff on SOPs and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
