Production Supervisor

Job Purpose

To supervise daily factory production activities, ensure quality output, meet production targets, and coordinate workers while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory production operations and workforce to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Interpret technical and fabrication drawings and guide workers accordingly
• Monitor workflow and ensure smooth production processes
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance standards
• Allocate manpower effectively and oversee team performance
• Coordinate production planning and workflow activities
• Ensure adherence to operational efficiency and deadlines

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
• Strong team supervision and manpower management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Production planning and workflow coordination ability
• Knowledge of factory safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
