Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint

planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple

projects.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, developers, and QA to ensure

alignment and clarity on priorities and tasks.

• Remove roadblocks and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Track and report on key project metrics, including velocity, sprint burn-downs, and

delivery milestones.

• Ensure documentation is maintained, including project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Implement and advocate for Agile/Scrum best practices and process improvements.
• Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring outcomes are documented and followed up.
• Help prioritize workloads and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related

field.

• Proven 6 months to 1 year experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management

tools (Jira,Trello, ClickUp, or similar).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic understanding of

technical concepts.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
