What will you do?

Lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring teams stay on track and ship with quality.

Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, grooming, reviews, retros) and keep project boards/tickets clean, prioritized, and moving.

Break down scope into milestones and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and Definitions of Done.

Coordinate closely with designers, engineers, and QA to ensure smooth handoffs, thorough testing, and release readiness.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams - running weekly status calls, and sending follow-ups.

Manage change requests, clarify requirements, and escalate risks or blockers early.

Build lightweight processes, checklists, and playbooks to continuously improve delivery.

Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, ticket hygiene) to drive transparency and predictability.

Lead post-mortems and drive improvements for future sprints.
What are we looking for in you?

Experience: 3–6 years in software delivery as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, ideally across multiple projects at once.

Agile expertise: Strong execution of Agile/Scrum and Kanban practices - from sprint planning to release management.

Communication skills: Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication; able to run client meetings and navigate difficult conversations.

Detail orientation: Proven ability to craft high-quality tickets - slicing stories, writing acceptance criteria, prioritizing effectively, and tracking metrics.

Collaboration mindset: Comfortable working with designers (Figma), engineers, QA, and non technical team members.

Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying risks, unblocking dependencies, and escalating issues before they cause delays.

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with shifting priorities and shared resources.
Bonus points if you have:

Certifications such as CSM/PSM, PMP, or PRINCE2 (foundation).

Experience with SaaS, web/mobile apps, or data/AI projects.

Familiarity with delivery dashboards and reporting tools.
